摘要
目的探讨优质护理和常规护理对老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的效果。方法随机选择该院2013年4月—2014年7月收治的90例糖尿病肾病血液透析老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者采用优质护理,比较两组患者护理前后抑郁评分、焦虑评分及护理满意度。结果实验组患者护理满意度为93.3%,对照组仅为73.3%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.480,P<0.05)。实验组患者焦虑评分和抑郁评分在护理后均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能更好地满足患者需求,能显著改善患者抑郁及焦虑状况,护理满意度高。
Objective To evaluate the effect of high-quality care and usual care on elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy and hemodialysis.Methods 90 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2013 to July 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.The control group were treated by the usual care,while the experimental group were treated by the high-quality care.And the scores of depression and anxiety and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction was 93.3%in the experimental group,and 73.3%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（x^2=6.480,P〈0.05）.After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were much better than those of the control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High-quality care can better meet the needs of patients,which can significantly improve the status of depression and anxiety with high nursing satisfaction.
