摘要
目的探讨积极的护理干预在老年结核性脑膜炎康复中的作用,旨在促进老年结核性脑膜炎患者的临床治愈率,提高生活质量。方法对2010年1月—2014年1月期间该院收治的28例老年结核性脑膜炎患者进行综合护理干预,同时选取同期收治的给予常规护理的28例老年结核性脑膜炎患者为对照组,分析两组护理效果。结果观察组患者好转率明显高于对照组,死亡率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组患者压疮情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且采用不同方式进行护理干预后观察组患者敷料松脱、标识不完整、管道移位、管道处理不当及记录不全面等情况的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论积极的综合护理干可提高老年结核性脑膜炎患者的治愈率,且可减少压疮及意外事故发生,临床价值显著,应推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of active nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with tuberculous meningitis so as to improve the clinical cure rate of the disease and the quality of life of the patients.Methods 28 elderly patients with tuberculous meningitis admitted in our department during the period between January 2010 and January 2014 were selected and given comprehensive nursing intervention.And other 28 elderly patients with tuberculous meningitis admitted during the same period were selected as the control group and given the usual care.And the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had much higher improvement rate and lower mortality rate（P〈0.05）,the status of pressure sores was much better after nursing（P〈0.05）,the incidence of dressing loose,incomplete identification,tunnel displacement,inappropriate treatment of tunnel and incomprehensive record was significantly lower,respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For elderly patients with tuberculous meningitis,positive comprehensive nursing intervention can increase the cure rate,reduce the incidence of pressure sores and accidents with obvious clinical value,so it should be promoted and popularized.
