摘要
目的观察曲美他嗪治疗酒精性心肌病的临床效果。方法选取该院在2013年10月—2014年10月收治的26例酒精性心肌病患者为观察组,在常规治疗基础上联合曲美他嗪;选取该院在2012年9月—2013年9月收治的30例酒精性心肌病患者为对照组,单纯采用常规治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果①观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率(92.31%)明显高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05);②经治疗后,两组患者的6 min步行距离、LVEF、CRP均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),但观察组患者的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于酒精性心肌病患者,在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪,可以有效提升治疗效果,且能显著改善患者的6 min步行距离、LVEF、CRP,效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of alcoholic cardiomyopathy.Methods Select our hospital in October 2013 to October 2014,26 patients with alcoholic cardiomyopathy as the observation group,on the basis of conventional treatment combined trimetazidine.Select our hospital in September 2012 to September 2013 were as control group,30 patients with alcoholic cardiomyopathy only with conventional treatment,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results ①The clinical total effective rate of observation group of patients（92.31%） is significantly higher than control group（70.00%）（P〈0.05）;②after treatment,two groups of patients with 6 min walking distance,LVEF,CRP was significantly improve the（P〈0.05）,but the observation group of patients significandy improve is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with alcoholic cardiomyopathy,on the basis of conventional treatment combined with trimetazidine,can enhance the treatment effect,and can significantly improve the patient＇s 6 min walking distance,LVEF,CRP,obvious effect,worth clinical promotion.
