摘要
经济飞速发展的今天,酒精中毒引起的各类疾病也随之而来,酒精性心肌病的发病及治疗也越来越受到人们的重视。其具有发病率高,预后差的特点,是继发性扩张型心肌病之一,早期不易发现,容易被误诊,出现扩张性心肌病的一系列临床表现,晚期容易出现心力衰竭。我们探索临床治疗酒精性心肌病的方法,争取达到理想的治疗效果,提高患者的预后。
Today, with the rapid development of economy, alcohol consumption caused by all kinds of diseases, people paid more and more attention to the pathogenesis and treatment of alcoholic cardiomyopathy. Alcoholic cardiomyopathy which has a high incidence of the disease and poor prognosis, is one of the secondary dilated cardiomyopathy, it is difficult to be found in the early time and easy to be misdiagnosed, appears a series of clinical manifestations of dilated cardiomyopathy, prones to heart failure at later period. We explore the methods of clinical treatment of alcoholic cardiomyopathy, in order to achieve ideal therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis of patients.
