摘要
目的通过亚硝酸盐对纳米粒子催化化学发光的抑制作用,测定常见蔬菜中的亚硝酸盐含量。方法 壳聚糖修饰的钴铁氧体纳米粒子催化鲁米诺溶解氧体系能产生强的化学发光,亚硝酸盐的加入对化学发光信号有明显的抑制作用,据此测定常见蔬菜中亚硝酸盐的含量。结果该方法 对亚硝酸盐检测的线性范围为:6.9×10^(-3)~13.8mg·L^(-1),检测限为3.45×10^(-3)mg·L^(-1)。结论此法简单快速,灵敏度高,可普遍用于常见蔬菜中亚硝酸盐的含量测定。
Objective Determination the nitrite content in vegetables by the inhibition of nitrite to the nanoparticles catalyzed chemiluminescence. Methods Chitosan modify CoFe2O4 NPs could catalyzed the luminol dissolved oxygen system to produce strong chemiluminescence, the addition of nitrite had significant inhibition effect on the chemiluminescence signal, according to this method to determination the nitrite content in common vegetables. Results The linear range for nitrite was from 6.9×10^-3 to 13.8mg·L^-1. The LOD of nitrite was 3.45×10^-3 mg·L^-1. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and high sensitivity,can be widely used for determination of nitrite content in vegetables.
