摘要 目的探讨对高职护生实施人文关怀教育实践的效果。方法将2013级高职护理专业2个班随机分为实验组(53人)和对照组(52人)。实验组开展以情境为载体,以审美活动和体验活动为主线,以护生感悟生成和关怀表达、关怀实践为目标的人文关怀教育实践;对照组采用常规的教育模式。干预前后分别运用"护生人文关怀品质调查问卷"进行评定。结果干预后实验组护生人文关怀品质总分显著高于对照组,且各维度得分显著高于本组干预前(均P<0.01)。结论对高职护生实施人文关怀教育能有效提高其人文关怀能力。 Objective To evaluate the effects of humanistic care education for vocational nursing students. Methods Two classes of 105 vocational nursing students were randomly divided into an experimental group of 53 students and a control group of 52 students. The experimental group were taught with humanistic care scenarios and took part in aesthetic activities so as to inspire feeling and caring expressing, while the control group were taught with traditional mode. Both groups were evaluated using the " nursing students humanities quality questionnaire" before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the average total score and the score of all dimensions of humanities quality in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0. 01 for all). Conclusion The new model can effectively improve humanistic care ability of nursing students.
