摘要
美国大学教学学术运动为我们更好倡导科教融合的大学理念提供了一个全新的视角。文章通过对大学教师教学学术能力建构的必要性和可行性的分析,认为学科教学知识论的产生、学习科学的发现和新信息环境的改变,为大学教师教学学术能力的建构提供了可能性。要形成教师的教学学术能力,关键是要充分发挥大学组织、大学教师和大学院系各自的作用。
The SOTL Movement in America provides a new perspective for us to advocate the idea of integration of research with teaching. Through the analysis of the necessity and feasibility concerning the construction of the ability of scholarship of teaching,it can be concluded that the generation of the theory of pedagogical content knowledge,the discovery of the learning science and the change of the new information environment provide the possibility for the construction of the ability of scholarship of teaching. To form the scholarship of teaching,the key is to give full play to the respective role of university organizations,faculty,colleges and departments in university.
