摘要
大学治理的"中国化"应考虑我国教育观念演进的实际,同时也应将校院二级管理制度的改革纳入大学治理的范畴。就理论价值而言,西方大学治理理念对中国大学制度革新的意义只能是一种思维启示;就结构功能而言,学校、学院应在结构均衡的基础上分工协作,在功能精简、分化的前提下分层设置,通过大学精神的塑造,建构大学治理价值层面的共同意义。
The Chinese way of university governance should take into account the evolution of domestic education ideals as well as the reform of two-level management of university and college. In the perspective of theoretical value,the governing philosophy of western universities can only offer conceptual enlightenment to the reform of China＇s university governance system. In terms of structural function,university and its colleges should cooperate based on balanced structure,implement their respective tasks by condensed functions,and attach importance to the fostering of university spirit,so that they can co-construct the value of university governance.
