摘要
以直流串励电机为控制对象,研究了由4个半导体开关元件组成的桥式电路控制电机电子换向和4象限运行。通过控制4个开关元件的通断,改变电枢与励磁绕组的电流回路与方向,实现电机电磁力矩的改变和机械能向电池馈电,让直流串励电机可以在4个象限内工作。实验结果表明,所提出的控制方法能很好地改变电机电磁转矩和实现直流串励电机发电运行。
The series wound motor for electronic commutation and four-quadrant operation were investigated, which half bridge and full bridge in serial control circuit composed of four semiconductor switching elements. Changing the armature and field winding current direction through controlling the four switching elements on and off, the motor electromagnetic torque and mechanical energy fed to the battery are controlled, and the motor works in four-quadrant. The experimental results show that the proposed control method can effectively change the motor electromagnetic torque and realize of series wound motor's regenerative operation.
