摘要
本文应用小波分析方法通过对直流电机空载起动过程进行测量来获取转矩 -转速特性。系统采用 PC机和数据采集卡直接对直流电动机起动过程中的电枢电流进行高速数据采集 ,然后利用小波分析和间接法测试原理从中提取转速信息和转矩信息 ,以此得到直流电机的转矩 -转速特性。实验结果与仿真结果表明这种方法可实现直流电机无转矩转速传感器测试 ,有效地缩短了测试周期 ,提高了测试效率。
This paper proposes a method for measuring the DC motor torque speed characteristic during the starting process by the wavelet analysis theory.The system acquires the starting current of DC motor by the PC and Data Acquisition Card,and then analyzes these data by wavelet analysis theory,extracts the torque and speed parameters of DC motor,acquires the torque speed characteristic.The experiment results and simulation results verify that this method can implement the sensorless measurement of DC motor performance while shortens testing time and improves testing efficiency.
