摘要
目的：观察分析窄谱中波紫外线联合卡泊三醇治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效及不良反应。方法：采取随机数字表法,将符合要求的129例患者分为卡泊三醇组、窄谱中波紫外线组和窄谱中波紫外线联合卡泊三醇组,每组43例。窄谱中波紫外线组：采用窄谱中波紫外线光疗仪照射,波长311nm,初始剂量为0.3J/cm2,之后每次递增10%,2次/周;卡泊三醇组：使用卡泊三醇外擦,每天1次;窄谱中波紫外线联合卡泊三醇组：在每天涂抹卡泊三醇的基础上,进行窄谱中波紫外线照射。疗程为24周,三组患者在治疗前、后测定皮损面积,分别对不良反应进行观察和记录。结果：窄谱中波紫外线联合卡泊三醇组与卡泊三醇组及窄谱中波紫外线组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=6.76,P〈0.01;χ~2=8.62,P〈0.01）,三组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：窄谱中波紫外线联合卡泊三醇治疗稳定期白癜风是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of NB-UVB combined with calcipotriolt in the treatment of stable vitiligo. Methods We took a random number table method on the 129 patients.They were divided into calcipotriol group,NB- UVB group and NB-UVB combined with calcipotriol group,43 cases in each group.NB-UVB group were treated with NB-UVB phototherapy with ultraviolet irradiation,Wavelength 311nm.The initial dose set to 0.3 J/cm2,after each increase of 10%,2/W;calcipotriol group were used calcipotriol outside the rub, 1 times a day;NB-UVB combined with calcipotriol group in every day smearing calcipotriol,with narrow spectrum UVB irradiation;treatment for 24 weeks,three groups in treatment were measured before and after the lesion area,respectively of adverse reactions were observed and recorded. Results NB-UV B combined calcipotriol group and calcipotriol group and NB-UVB group,the difference in clinical efficacy was statistical significance（x2=6.76,P〈0.01;x2=8.62,P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the three groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion NB-UVB phototherapy combined with calcipotriol in the treatment of stable vitiligo is a safe and effective method for the treatment of,it is worth clinical promotion
