摘要
目的:探讨窄谱中波紫外线配合卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:78例白癜风患者随机分为观察组与对照组各39例。对照组予以窄谱中波紫外线治疗,观察组应用窄谱中波紫外线配合卡力孜然酊治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的74.36%(P﹤0.05);两组不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:窄谱中波紫外线配合卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风疗效显著,不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of narrow band UVB（NB-UVB） combined with kaliziran tincture onvitiligo. Methods： 78 cases with vitiligo were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 39 cases in each group. Thecontrol group received NB-UVB treatment, while the observation group received NB-UVB combined with Kaliziran Tincture treatment.The effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%, significantly higherthan that of the control group 74.36% （P〈0.05）; there was no significant difference of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： NB-UVB combined with Kaliziran Tincture has significant effect on vitiligo with fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy ofpromotion..
