摘要
目的评价大柴胡汤加减联合西医疗法治疗脑卒中的临床疗效。方法采用大柴胡汤加减(柴胡24 g,黄芩9 g,赤芍9 g,半夏15 g,生姜15 g,枳实9 g,大枣4枚,大黄6 g)联合传统西医疗法(拜阿司匹林100 mg,口服,10 mg/次,1次/d;阿托伐他汀钙胶囊口服,10 mg/次,1次/d,0.9%氯化钠100 m L+依达拉奉30 mg静点,2次/d,0.9%氯化钠250 m L+舒血宁20 m L静点,1次/d),治疗脑卒中60例作为试验组,同时将单纯西医疗法治疗脑卒中60例作为对照组,对比2种疗法的疗效。结果对照组总有效率为66.7%,试验组总有效率为82.5%,试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后NHISS比治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),而试验组与对照组治疗后的比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大柴胡汤加减联合西医疗法治疗脑卒中可改善患者的中医临床症状及神经功能缺损症状。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of modified Dachaihu Decoction combined with western therapy in the treatment of stroke. Methods Sixty patients with stroke treated with modified Dachaihu Decoction ( radix bup]eu- ri 24 g, radix scutellariae 9 g, radix paeoniae rnbra 9 g, pinellia 15 g, ginger 15 g, frntus aurantii immaturns 9 g, 4 pieces of jujube, rhubarb 6 g) combined with routine western therapy (aspirin oral every 10 mg, 100 lng daily 1 time ; atorvastatin calcium capsules orally every 10 mg, 1 times a day, O. 9% sodium chloride adr mentioned 100 mL + 30 mg quiet day for 2 times, 0.9% sodium chloride 250 mL + Shuxuening 20 mL. blood static point day at a time) were as treatment group, and meanwhile, another 60 patients with stroke only treated with routine western therapy were as control group. The efficacies of two groups were compared. Results The overall response rate in treatment group (82.5%) was significantly higher than that in control group (66.7%) (P 〈 0.05). Compared with treatment before, NHISS went down markedly in treatment group after treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and significant difference was presented between two groups by comparison to NHISS after treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion For the patients with stroke, modified Dachaihu decoction combined with western therapy can ameliorate their TCM clinical symptoms and neurological impairment symptoms.
