摘要
本实验采用酸水解氯仿萃取同步法提取齐墩果酸，然后进行薄层一比色测定。展开剂：石油醚－氯仿－冰酸酸（１０：１０：１）显色剂：碘蒸气。定量研究了９５３口服液中主要有效成分齐墩果酸的含量为１６．２％，平均回收率９９．１９％。此法简易，可以作为９５３口服液制剂质量监控指标。
