摘要
目的：探讨产前心理护理干预对降低初产妇剖宫产率的作用。方法选取2014年6月～2015年5月我院收治的足月单胎且产前无剖宫产指征的初产妇186例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组93例，对照组给予常规产前护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予心理护理干预，观察两组初产妇护理后分娩方式意向情况及剖宫产的发生率。结果观察组产妇护理后自然分娩意向数量增加（P＜0.05），剖宫产率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论产前心理护理干预应用于无剖宫产指征的产妇，可有效降低剖宫产率，是一种理想的护理方法。
Objective To investigate the prenatal mental nursing intervention to reduce primipara cesarean section rate.Methods From June 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital, full-term singletons and prenatal no cesarean section indications of primipara 186 cases, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 93 cases in each group, control group given routine prenatal care, observation group on the basis of routine care giving psychological nursing intervention, after observing two groups of mothers care intention and the incidence of cesarean section delivery way. Results Observation group after maternal care natural childbirth intention quantity increased significantly （P〈0.05）, cesarean section rate is significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionAntenatal psychological nursing intervention was applied to maternal without cesarean section indications, can effectively reduce the cesarean section rate, is an ideal nursing method.
