摘要
目的：探讨舒适护理在剖宫产护理中的应用。方法2015年4月～2016年4月，选择我院收治的120例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组各60例。对照组给予常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上又给予系统性的围手术期舒适护理。对比两组临床疗效，观察两组睡眠质量、抑郁状态、焦虑状态等各项临床指标差异情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为98.33%，高于对照组的88.33%，两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组的睡眠质量、抑郁状态、焦虑状态等各项临床指标均优于对照组，数据差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论系统性、针对性的围手术期护理服务，可以有效缓解剖宫产产妇分娩过程中的疼痛感，缓解产妇的不良情绪，降低身体不适感的发生率，提高护理效果和满意度。
Objective To explore the application of comfort care in cesarean section nursing.MethodsFrom April 2015 to April 2016, 120 cases of cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research object, randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given systematic perioperative comfort care on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared, and the differences of clinical parameters such as sleep quality, depression and anxiety were observed in the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.33%, higher than that of the control group of 88.33%, the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. In the experimental group, the sleep quality, depression, anxiety and other clinical indicators were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic, targeted perioperative nursing care, can effectively alleviate the cesarean section in the process of pain, ease the maternal bad mood, reduce the incidence of physical discomfort, improve maternal care effect and satisfaction.
