摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙片联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病(CHD)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年3月至2014年3月内蒙古包头市蒙医中医医院收治的126例CHD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组患者给予曲美他嗪,观察组患者在对照组基础上睡前口服阿托伐他汀钙片,比较两组患者的临床疗效、心功能、血脂水平、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及心血管事件发生情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的LVEDd、LVESd均明显低于对照组,LVEF明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C均明显低于对照组,HDL-C明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者hs-CRP水平、心血管事件的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙片联合曲美他嗪治疗CHD患者疗效确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状,降低心血管事件发生。
Objective To investigate the Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets QuMei combined with trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD） in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods Selected in 2013 March to 2014 March,Inner Mongolia Baotou Mongolian City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were 126 cases of CHD patients,divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,63 cases in each group.The control group were treated with trimetazidine.Patients in the control group on the basis of bedtime oral atorvastatin cutting atorvastatin calcium,compared two groups of patients with clinical observation,heart function, blood lipid levels,high sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） levels and cardiovascular events incidence.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（P＆lt;0.05）;LVEDd and LVESd in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,LVEF was significantly higher than that in control group,TG,LDL-C and TC were significantly lower than control group,HDL-C was significantly higher than that in control group（P＆lt;0.05）,and the incidence of cardiovascular events in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Atorvastatin statin tablets combined with trimetazidine trimetazidine in the treatment of CHD patients curative effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
