摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者应用中医护理对足部健康行为的影响。方法将收治的79例糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组39例常规护理。研究组40例在常规护理的基础上行中医护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后足部健康知识掌握评分、自护能力评分和随访一年后足溃疡发生率。结果研究组患者干预后足部健康知识掌握评分和自护能力评分明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者一年后足溃疡发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者应用中医护理能促进患者的足部健康行为,提高患者自护能力,有效控制糖尿病足的发生与发展。
Objective To investigate the effect of TCM nursing intervention on foot health behavior of patients with diabetes. Methods 79 cases of patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups. 39 cases in the control group received routine care. 40 cases in the study group received TCM nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The foot health knowledge score and self-care ability score before and after the intervention and the incidence of foot ulcers which was followed up for one year of the two groups were com-pared. Results After TCM nursing intervention, the foot health knowledge score and self-care ability score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. After one year, the incidence of foot ulcers of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The TCM nursing intervention can promote foot health behaviors of patients with diabetes, improve patient self-care capacity, and effectively control the occurrence and development of diabetic foot.
