摘要
目的研究绝经后妇女取环术联合口服米索前列醇片的临床疗效。方法选取2012年4月~2015年4月在我院行取环术的绝经妇女66例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组直接行取环术,观察组在术前口服米索前列醇片。观察两组患者手术的时间、宫颈软化的程度以及取环的结果。结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）,宫颈软化率和取环成功率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论绝经后妇女取环术联合口服米索前列醇片,缩短了手术时间,提高了宫颈软化率和取环成功率,效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of combined oral misoprostol tablets in postmenopausal women. Methods 66 postmenopausal women who had taken cases in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 33 cases in each group. In the control group, the observation group was administered orally before operation. Observe the time of operation, the degree of cervical softening and the results of the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the success rate of cervical softening rate and the success rate of the two groups were higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined with oral misoprostol tablets in postmenopausal women, shorten the operation time, improve the cervical softening rate and the success rate of the success rate, the effect is significant.
