摘要
目的明确乳癖消丸联合他莫昔芬对治疗乳腺增生的具体疗效。方法将我院收治的100例乳腺增生患者按挂号的奇偶次序分为观察组和对照组,平均每组50例。对照组单纯口服他莫昔芬片,观察组实行他莫昔芬片联合乳癖消丸治疗。通过病历记录和检测,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗效果好于对照组,且不良反应发生率和症状类型少于对照组患者,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳癖消丸与他莫昔芬联合使用效果突出。
Objective To analyze the specific effect of Rupixiao pills combined with tamoxifen in the treatment of breast hyperplasia. Methods 100 cases of patients with breast hyperplasia were divided into observation group and control group according to order,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tamoxifen tablets. The observation group was treated with tamoxifen tablets combined with Rupixiao pills. The effect of treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment effect of observation group was better than that of control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions and symptoms of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Rupixiao pills combined with tamoxifen,the effect is prominent.
