摘要
目的:探讨利癖消胶囊对乳腺增生模型大鼠血清性激素水平的影响。方法:将50只Wistar雌性未孕大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、利癖消胶囊组、乳癖消胶囊组,除模型组20只外,其余各组均为10只。造模成功后,利癖消胶囊组、乳癖消胶囊组分别给予利癖消胶囊、乳癖消胶囊等药物灌胃,模型组和正常组大鼠用生理盐水2 mL.d-1灌胃,连续30 d,末次给药6 h后,测定乳头高度及直径,腹主动脉采血测定血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)水平。结果:模型组动物乳头直径、高度与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组血清E2、PRL、P含量与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);利癖消胶囊组动物乳头直径、高度与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);利癖消胶囊组与乳癖消胶囊组均可明显降低血清E2和P含量,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利癖消胶囊能降低乳腺增生大鼠E2、PRL水平,抑制乳腺增生,调节内分泌激素水平。
Objective：To investigate the influence of Lipixiao capsule on sex hormones in serum of cyclomastopathy model rats.Methods：50 Wistar female unpregnancy rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,Lipixiao capsule group and Ripixiao capsule group.Each group had 10 rats besides 20 of model group.The Lipixiao capsule group and Ripixiao capsule group were separately given intragastric administration of Lipixiao capsule and Ripixiao capsule.The model group and normal group were given intragastric administration of physiological saline 2 mL·d-1,continuous 30 d.Determine the height and diameter of nipple,E2,P and PRL level in serum of abdominal aorta after 6h of the final dose.Results：Compared the nipple height and diameter of model group with normal group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared the E2,P and PRL level in serum of model group with normal group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared the nipple height and diameter of Lipixiao capsule group with normal group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The E2,P and PRL level in Lipixiao capsule group and Ripixiao capsule group were obviously decreased.Compared with the normal group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Lipixiao capsule can reduce E2 and PRL level in serum,restrain hyperplasia of mammary glands and regulate endocrine hormone level.
