摘要
"秩边透水道"针法源于《内经》,是一种芒针透刺的方法,后经过不断的临床实践和科学研究,逐渐建立起成熟的针法体系。近几年有关该针法的临床应用和实验研究报道日益增多,填补了慢性前列腺炎(CP)有效治疗手段的空白,同时对膀胱疾患和部分妇科疾病也有较好的疗效,使其临床应用及研究范围得以拓展。故从"秩边透水道"针法源流与发展、体系与应用、现状与优势及临床推广与拓展几个方面进行了论述。
＂Zhibian through Shuidao acupuncture ＂ acupuncture originated in ＂ Neijing＂, is a method of elongated needle through thorn. Through clinical practice and scientific research, a mature acupucture system was established constantly and gradually. In recent years about the acupuncture clinical and research reports are increasing day by day by fiuing the blank of chronic prostatitis （CP） effective treatment, but also has good effect on bladder disorders and part of gynecological diseases, the clinical application and research scope to expand. From Zhibian through Shuidao method, origin and development, system and application, and clinical status and advantage, those four aspects are discussed in this paper.
