摘要
分析了中国加入WTO后高校图书馆所面临的挑战和机遇,从图书馆管理体制、信息资源和信息技术建设、服务模式、市场开拓、人才和法制建设几个方面提出了相应的对策。
This paper analyses on the challenges and opportunities in front of university library after WTO entry of China, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from aspects of managerial system of library, construction of information resources and information techniques, service mode, market development, talents construction and legal system building.
