摘要
分析了民族地区图书馆的现状。阐述了民族地区图书馆实现文献资源共建共享的意义。从 7个方面详细叙述了民族地区图书馆怎样实现文献资源的共建共享 ,这就是加强民族文献建设 ;加快民族地区图书馆信息技术建设 ;建立标准和规范 ;建设民族图书馆特色数据库 ;发展民族图书馆电子阅览室 ;编制民族地区联合目录 ,开展馆际交换、互借和藏书分工协调 ;提高民族地区图书馆专业人员的素质。
In this paper,the author analyzes the present status of libraries in regions of ethnic minorities,expounds the significance of the resources sharing in these regions and details the ways to realize resources sharing in these regions in the following aspects:developing the collections of documents of ethnic minorities,developing IT in libraries in regions of ethnic minorities,drafting standards,building databases with ethnic characteristics,developing electronic reading rooms of ethnic libraries,compiling union catalogs of regions of ethnic minorities,promoting interlibrary exchange,loan and collection development coordination,and improve the quality of library professionals in regions of ethnic minorities.Then,the author proposes some suggestions for the cooperative development and sharing of document resources in these regions.
