摘要 利用Patran/Dytran有限元分析软件,建立了某渔船与码头碰撞的有限元模型,并模拟其碰撞全过程。通过对渔船与码头之间的碰撞力变化、能量转化、损伤变形以及等效应力等情况进行分析,得出了渔船与码头碰撞的一般规律和特点。针对碰撞中渔船船首构件的吸能损伤特性进行了研究,得出渔船船首构件的吸能与失效具有先后顺序,并且渔船船首外板是主要的吸能构件,从而为后期渔船船首结构的耐撞性设计与渔船的海损评估提供参考。 Using Patran/Dytran finite element analysis software, the finite element models for a fishing vessel and wharf collision are established, and the whole process of collision is simulated. Through analyzing the collision force variation, energy transformation, damage deformation and equivalent stress between the fishing vessel and the wharf, the general pattern and characteristics of the collision are obtained. The energy absorption characteristics of fishing vessel bow structures are studied, and it is discovered that there is an order between bow structure energy absorption and failure; moreover, the fishing vessel bow shell plate is the main energy absorption component. The result may provide reference for the bow structure impact resistance design and damage evaluation of fishing vessels.
