摘要 基于把坚硬顶板假设为固支梁的基本理论,对常见的5种顶板爆破弱化的手段进行研究,主要对比其垮落后的步距和钻孔量,结果表明端部切断放顶爆破垮落步距最小,超前深孔预裂爆破需要的钻孔量最小,并对其爆破参数进行了研究,计算合理的炮孔装药量为7.93 kg/孔,结果表明在工程中有效的减少了来压步距和瓦斯的积聚。 Based on an assumption of taking hard roofs as clamped beams, five common blasting weakening methods of roofs were studied. Step distance and drill-hole number before and after the collapse were compared. The results show that collapsing step distance is minimum when end roof caving blasting and advanced deep-hole pre-splitting blasting needs least drill-holes. Blasting parameters were studied.By calculation, the reasonable explosive charge of boreholes was determined to be 7.93 kg per hole, which effectively reduced the weighting intervals and gas accumulation in the engineering.
