摘要
屡次发生的留守儿童事件让社会不得不反思以往的留守儿童关爱行动,关爱留守儿童应有新思维,由主体论转向类型论、时空论和适应论。留守儿童是一个多元化的群体,类型论要求关爱留守儿童要回到教育现场,回归经验和常识,为政策制定和社会行动提供准确定位。时空论包含可及性和便利性两种要素,只有让儿童始终生活在监护人的可控范围内,提供及时和便利的照顾,才能避免可能发生的危险。留守儿童关爱需讲究策略,清楚认识到留守儿童目前的状况,主动适应和满足儿童的真正需要。
We have to reflect the action in the past because of repeated events of left-behind children. We should construct a new thinking concerning left-behind children from theory of subjectivity to theory of type, theory of time and space, and theory of adaptation. Rural left-behind children are a diverse group, and the theory of type requests that relevant studies should return to the scene, experience and common sense in order to provide accurate positioning for policy formulation and social action. Theory of time and space includes accessibility and convenience. Only if children always live within the controllable range of guardian and be provided with convenient care services can they avoid the possible dangers. Policies for rural left-behind children need pay attention to strategy and be well aware of the current situation, and then we could actively meet the real needs of left-behind children.
