摘要
目的 观察甲强龙加恩丹西酮联合用药防治含PDD(顺铂 )化疗方案引起恶心、呕吐的疗效及不良反应。方法 本组 95例均为晚期恶性肿瘤病人 ,于应用PDD之日应用甲强龙 80mg ,恩丹西酮 4mg ,于PDD结束后每日应用甲强龙 40mg ,连用 2天。观察急性及延迟性恶心、呕吐发生情况。结果 甲强龙加恩丹西酮控制急性恶心、呕吐有效率为 95 8%、92 6% ;延迟性恶心、呕吐有效率为90 5 %、89%。结论 甲强龙加恩丹西酮治疗含PDD方案引起恶心、呕吐疗效好 ,安全性高 。
Objective To study the auti vomiting and side effects on ondansetron combined with solu medrol.Methods 95 cases of advanced malignant tumor were treated with the drug consisting of cisplatin 30～40 mg/m 2,(day 1～day 3);solu medrol 80 mg,(day 1～day 3);ondansetron 4 mg,(day 1～day 3) and soul medrol 40 mg,(day 4～day 5).Results The response rate for acute auti vomiting was 95.8%,92.6% respectively and delaved auti vomiting was 90.5%,89% respectively.Conclusions It was a secure and effective treatment.The side effects were few.
