微小RNA-19b对骨肉瘤细胞增殖与凋亡的影响

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA,miR)是一类内源性的非编码短片段RNA分子,通过与下游靶基因mRNA的3'端非翻译区(3'-UTR)结合,在转录后水平上对基因的表达进行调控[1].研究表明miRNA在肿瘤中发挥癌基因或抑癌基因的功能,在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用[2].已有研究表明miR-19b影响宫颈癌等肿瘤细胞的生物学行为[3].我们利用反义寡核酸技术抑制骨肉瘤细胞中miR-19b的表达,探讨miR-19b对骨肉瘤细胞增殖和凋亡的影响.
