摘要
综述了水产品中总磷、多聚磷酸盐的检测方法——分光光度法、离子色谱法和微波消解-电感耦合等离子发射光谱法,比较了3种检测方法各自的优点和不足,并展望了其发展前景,为分析人员选择合适的总磷和多聚磷酸盐检测方法提供帮助。
In order to help analysts to choose suitable detection method for phosphorus and polyphosphates in marine products, analysis methods such as Spectrophotometry, Ion Chromatography and ICP-AES were carefully reviewed,the advantages and disadvantages of each methods were compared and the development trends in the detection of phosphorus and polyphosphates were prospected.
