摘要
目的:探索药房实习生的带教培养模式并分享经验。方法:从制度建设、带教老师的管理和实习内容的构建等三方面着手,建立科学化、规范化的针对各类不同层次的实习学员的带教模式。结果和结论:通过实习学员的带教模式的改革和探索,采取分类带教及一带一的带教方式,双向考核考评,体现了教学互长,保证门诊药房实习的教学质量。
Objective: To explore intern training mode in the outpatient pharmacy and share the experience with others. Methods: A scientific and standardized intern training mode was established for different levels of students from 3 aspects: sys- tem construction, the management of training teachers and components of practical skills. Results and Conclusion: Through the reform and exploration of the intern training mode, and by applying student-oriented training, one-to-one training pattern and dual-direction assessment, the abilities of both teachers and students were enhanced and the quality of intern training in the out patient pharmacy was ensured quite considerably.
