摘要
目的:探索医院药物检验室实习带教规范化教学模式。方法:以自身带教体会为基础,围绕6个核心点对医院药物检验室实习内容进行全方位设置,建立一套"教学示范-理论讲解-学生操作演示"的药物检验专业能力带教模式,以使药物检验室实习带教工作规范化。结果与结论:该规范化教学模式适用于医院药物检验室的实习带教,有助于实习生树立药品质量意识,并有利于培养实习生动手、动脑能力和科研能力。
OBJECTIVE： To explore standardized teaching mode for intern-teaching in drug testing room of hospital. METH- ODS： Based personal experience, the practice contents around the six core points was fully set up. A set of professional ability teaching mode is established, i.e. demonstration teaching, reasons for operation means, operated and demonstrated by students; so that intern-teaching was standardized in drug testing room of hospital. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Standardized teaching mode is suitable for practice teaching in drug testing room of hospital, beneficial to build students＇ awareness of drug quality and cultivate their abilities of working, thinking and researching.
