摘要
纸质档案就是以笔和纸的形式对社会组织和个人在工作生活中直接形成的各种文字、图表等不同形式的信息进行记录与保存的档案形式。电子档案虽然有着快速和高效的优点,呈现出完全取代纸质档案的趋势,但其可靠性和真实性方面风险的存在,导致纸质档案的地位始终无可取代,传统纸质档案在现代档案管理中仍发挥着不可替代的作用。因此,伴随着档案信息化建设进程的推进,必须凸现出纸质档案的重要性,电子档案和纸质档案要双轨并存、优势互补。
Paper archives are the kind of archives which record information to social organizations and individuals with paper and pen in various forms such as words and tables. It is irreplaceable in the modern archive management, although electrical archives are faster and more effective. Therefore, it is necessary to present the significance of paper archives in the process of information construction in archives so as to make good use of the two kinds of archives.
