摘要
说明秘书与档案的密切关系，并就秘书在档案的收集和利用方面所起的作用作了探讨，指出了秘书在档案收集和利用方面所应当注意的问题。
In this article, the author has discribed the deep relationship between the secretary and archives, and has discussed furtherly the secretary's important role on the collection and use of archives. At the same time, it also points out the problems which the secretary should pay attention to on this aspect.
