HPLC法同时测定山栀茶中的3种苷类成分 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立HPLC法同时测定山栀茶Pittosporum glabratum Lindl.中3,4,5-三甲氧基苯-1-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、丁香脂素-4,4'-O-双-β-D-葡萄糖苷、异落叶松树脂醇-9'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含有量。方法山栀茶提取液分析采用Diamosil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 m L/min;柱温30℃;检测波长210 nm。结果这3种成分均达到基线分离,线性关系良好(r≥0.999 9),加样回收率在98.5%~100.5%之间,RSD均小于3%。结论该方法灵敏准确、可靠稳定,可用于山栀茶药材的质量评价。 AIM To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determining the contents of 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-1-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-( 1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside,syringaresinol-4,4'-bis-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and isolariciresinol 9'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in Pittosporum glabratum Lindl. METHODS The analysis of P. glabratum extract was performed on Diamonsil C18column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution,mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution,flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min,detection wavelength was set at 210 nm,and column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. RESULTS These three constituents reached the baseline separations with good linear relationships( r≥0. 999 9),whose average recoveries were in the ranges of 98. 5%- 100. 5%,and RSDs were all less than 3%. CONCLUSION This method is sensible,accurate,reliable and stable,which can be used for the quality evaluation of P. glabratum.
