摘要
目的研究破骨风的化学成分。方法破骨风全草用体积分数为95%乙醇提取物的石油醚、氯仿和乙酸乙酯部分进行色谱分离得到8个化合物,通过波谱解析和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了8个化合物:白桦脂醛(1),β-谷甾醇(2),白桦脂酸(3),齐墩果酸(4),白桦脂醇(5),胡萝卜苷(6),jasminoside(7),丁香苷(8)。结论除化合物7之外,其余7个化合物皆为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Jasminum lanceolarium Roxb. METHODS The constituents of the petroleum ether-soluble, CHCl3-soluble and EtOAc-soluble portions of the 95% ethanol extraction were isolated and purified by means of chromatography. Compounds were identified bv their physical characteristics and spectral data. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolaled and identified as Betulinaldehyde ( 1 ), β-sitosterol (2), betulinic acid (3), oleanolic acid (4), betulin (5), daucossterol (6), jasminoside (7) and syringin (8) ,respectively. CONCLUSION Compound 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 are isolated from Jasminum lanceolarium Roxb. and compound 8 is isolated from this genus for the first time.
