摘要
高校青年教师教学能力的提升是高校教学质量提高的重要环节,而青年教师教学培训,是其教学能力提升的关键。高校应开展青年教师教学技能培训需求状况调查研究,重视参训教师已有的知识、经验、能力等,基于不同的培训需求,开展个性化教学技能培训,充分发挥学校教学技能培训的主导作用和教师自身的主体作用,点面结合,探索与创新高校青年教师教学技能的培训模式,提高培训的有效性。
The improvement of the teaching ability of the young teachers in colleges and universities is an important part of the improvement of college teaching quality. The teaching training of young teachers is the key to improve their teaching ability. The colleges and universities should carry out the investigation and study of demands of teaching skill training for young teachers and pay attention to the existing knowledge, experience, abilities of the participation teachers. Based on the different training needs, the school should develop the personalized teaching skills training and give full play to the guidance role of the school teaching skill training and the main body role of teachers. The training mode of teaching skills of young university teachers should be explored and innovated to improve the effectiveness of the training.
