Effect of Fe Content on Performance of WC-Co Cemented Carbide Tip Used for Rock Drilling

摘要 本文研究了不同Fe含量对凿岩用WC-Co硬质合金钎片性能的影响,现场对比了有Fe与无Fe的WC-10%Co凿岩用硬质合金钎片的使用情况。结果表明:Fe对硬质合金矫顽磁力影响显著,随着Fe含量的增加,硬质合金的矫顽磁力、钴磁、硬度升高,WC晶粒度降低,密度、抗弯强度稍有下降。根据现场凿岩测试情况,确定了Fe在凿岩用WC-Co硬质合金钎片中的合理范围。 The effect of different Fe content on the performance of WC-Co cemented carbide tip used for rock drilling was investigated. The service conditions of WC-10% Co tips with Fe and free Fe were compared. The results show that, Fe has significant effect on the coercive force of the cemented carbide. The coercive force, cobalt magnetism and hardness of the cemented carbide increase with the increase of Fe content, at the same time WC grain size decreases, density and bending strength slightly decrease. According to the on-site rock drilling test, the reasonable Fe content in the WC-Co cemented carbide tip is determined.
