摘要
对Fe,Ni取代Co作为站结剂在硬质合金中的应用作了研究。实验结果表明,11.25%Fe+3.75%Ni作为粘结剂可得到力学性能优于YG11C牌号的合金性能。本文同时对影响Fe、Ni粘结硬质合金性能的因素作了探讨。
Fe, Ni in place of Co acting as cohesive agent of the cemented carbide is researched in this paper Tbe experimonts show that the mechanic properties of the cemented carbide with cohesive agent of 11. 25%Fe+3.75% Ni is better than that of YG11C hard alloy. Meanwhile the effects on the mechamic properties of the hard alloy cohesived by Fe+Ni is discussed in this paper.
