摘要
通过整理我国城市社区居民自治的研究文献,从主体视角和机制视角分析了城市社区居民自治路径。概括了党政机关、自治组织和社区居民在居民自治中的不同作用,分析了社区居民自治中政治机制、法律机制和文化机制的作用。目前的居民自治路径研究主要从宏观着眼,为我国城市社区居民自治指明了道路,但具体的可操作的方法不多。
Through the research on the urban community residents＇ autonomy in china, this paper analyzed the path of urban community residents＇ autonomy from the perspectives of the main body and the mechanism, summarized the different functions of the organs of the Party, the government and the autonomous organizations, and the roles of residents in the community autonomy ; the paper also interpreted the functions of the political mechanism, the legal mechanism and the cultural mechanism of the community residents＇ autonomy. However, the present research on the path of the residents＇ autonomy has mainly been conducted from the macro view with rare concrete feasible methods.
