2级氧化-混凝法实现压裂返排液重复利用 被引量:14

TWO-STAGE OXIDATION-COAGULATION TREATMENT ON THE RECYCLING OF FRACTURING FLOWBACK FLUID

摘要 以陕北某油田水平井现场压裂返排液为研究对象,分析了压裂液返排液组成性质特性,先对压裂返排液进行臭氧破胶降黏60 min,其投加量约300 mg/L;然后采用Fenton试剂氧化-混凝处理,通过正交实验设计筛选出优化投加量Fe SO4为800 mg/L、H2O2的质量分数为0.1%、助凝剂PAM为3 mg/L,氧化混凝时间为90 min。压裂返排液经臭氧降黏-Fenton氧化-混凝处理后,黏度下降了68.86%,SS去除率达到99.0%,静置过滤后清液可以回收利用配制胍胶压裂体系,压裂液流变性能和破胶性能满足现场施工要求。 With fracturing flowback fluid in the operation field of some Changqing oilfield as research object, ozonation viscosity reduction treatment for60 min was carried out preliminarily after characteristic analysis of its composition. And then Fenton reagent oxidation and coagulation treatment was applied for 90 min with Fe SO4(800 mg/L), H2O2(0.1%) and PAM(3 mg/L) screened by orthogonal experimental design. The experiment results showed that viscosity of the water fell by 68.86% and the removal rate of SS reached 99.0% after ozonation viscosity reduction-Fenton oxidation-coagulation treatment of fracturing flowback fluid. The effluent after stilling stand and filtration could be recycled for guar gel fracturing fluid which could decrease usage cost.
