摘要
通过对陶瓷产业集群研究文献进行简要梳理,运用由Padmore和Gibson提出的GEM模型对德化陶瓷产业集群竞争力进行了评价。结果表明,德化陶瓷产业集群的竞争力超过全国平均水平,但离国际领先水平还有一定差距。其中,"外地市场"、"企业的结构、战略与竞争"与"设施"等因素具有显著的竞争优势,而"资源"、"供应商与相关支持产业"和"本地市场"等因素则存在着一定的不足,需要进一步完善。最后,从德化陶瓷产业结构调整、陶瓷产业发展模式转变和人才引进机制建设等方面提出了德化陶瓷产业集群竞争力提升的路径。
Based on the study of the existing literature, Dehua ceramic industrial cluster is evaluated by using Tim Padmore and Hervey Gibson's classic GEM model. The research results show that the competitiveness of Dehua ceramic industrial cluster is above the national average, but still significantly below the world's leading level. Its external market, industrial structure, strategy and facilities have obvious competitive advantage while its resources, local market, supplier and related industries are the restricting aspects that call for improvement. For further promoting the competitiveness of Dehua ceramic industrial cluster, paths from the perspective of industrial structure adjustment, industry development model change and talent introduction mechanism are presented.
