恶性卵巢性索间质肿瘤治疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 文章从恶性卵巢性索间质肿瘤的初发治疗和复发治疗两方面进行论述，为进一步认识和治疗该类肿瘤提供思路及方向。1初发的卵巢性索间质肿瘤的治疗 1．1手术治疗目前，手术治疗仍是恶性卵巢性索间质肿瘤最主要的治疗手段。卵巢性索问质肿瘤病理学分类主要依据世界卫生组织的卵巢癌组织学分类方法，2014年国际癌症研究机构在法国里昂召开会议，更新了肿瘤学的分类，其中包括妇科肿瘤。
