摘要
非自愿移民的补偿机制是一个复杂的涉及到多方利益的庞大系统,本文把非自愿移民的补偿机制界定为涵盖移民、地方经济(地方政府)、生态环境三位一体的系统,系统地梳理针对这三个主体的补偿策略,由此提出了综合性策略建议。
Involuntary immigration compensation mechanism is a complex system involving multi stakeholder. The paper defines the involuntary immigration compensation mechanism as the system including immigration, local econo my （local government）, ecological environment. The paper systematically reviews compensation strategies of three bodies. In the end, the suggestions are put forward.
