线粒体DNA在动物起源进化和遗传多样性中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 线粒体（mitochondria）作为细胞核外的遗传物质载体,含有自身遗传物质,即线粒体DNA（mtDNA）,它是哺乳动物唯一的核外遗传物质.由于线粒体基因组具有母系遗传、进化速率高和无组织特异性等特性,mtDNA分析迅速渗入到了物种起源演化、种群遗传结构分析、系统分化、遗传多样性、物种和品系鉴定、保护遗传学等方面得到了广泛应用,并取得了显著的成果.
