摘要
目的：建立地龙膏中柚皮苷含量的测定方法,以控制该产品的质量。方法：采用Wondasil C18色谱柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）,以甲醇-醋酸-水（35∶4∶65）为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长283nm。结果：柚皮苷在0.055~1.370μg范围内,线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）。平均加样回收率为96.68%,RSD=1.33%。结论：该方法快速、灵敏、准确,稳定性、重现性良好,可用于地龙膏的质量控制。
Objective：To establish a method for the determination of naringin in Dilong emplastrum.Methods：The HPLC separation was performed on Wondasil-C18（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）column with a mixture methanol-acetic acid-water（35∶4∶65）as the mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1ml/min.Detection wavelength was 283 nm and column temperature was 30℃.Results：The linearity of naringin was in the range of 0.0548~1.370μg（r=0.999 9）and the average recovery was 96.68 %,RSD=1.33 %.Conclusion：The method quick,sensitive,accurate,stable,reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Dilong emplastrum.
