摘要
针对自行式高空作业平台转向机构的特点,建立转向梯形机构的数学模型。根据阿克曼原理,得到实际转角和理论转角的误差函数。利用Matlab优化工具箱,优化转向梯形的底角和梯形臂,使转角误差的最大值降到最小,得到优化后的转向梯形结构。
In view of the characteristics of the steering mechanism of the self-propelled aerial work platform, the mathematic model is developed for steering trapezium. According to Ackerman steering principle, the error function between the actual turning angle and theoretic turning angle is gained. The Matlab optimization tool box is used to optimize the base angle and the arm of the steering trapezium and minimize the maximum error of the turning angle, to get the optimized steering trapezium structure.
