汽车随动转向特性仿真分析

摘要 基于三自由度汽车动力学微分方程,在Simulink中建立某车后桥随动转向仿真模型,以质心侧偏角、侧向加速度、横摆角速度、车身侧倾角和车身侧倾角速度为评价参数,仿真分析车速、整车质量、转动惯量和轮胎侧偏刚度对随动转向特性的影响,得出了它们对汽车随动转向特性的影响规律。结果表明,不同因素对汽车后桥随动转向特性影响各异,在进行汽车产品设计开发时,要注意选择合理的汽车动力学参数,以改善其转向特性。 Based on dynamic differential equations of 3DOF vehicle, a rear axle compliance steering simulation model was built in Simulink. Taking side slip angle, lateral acceleration, yaw rate, roll angle and roll angular velocity as evaluation parameters, the influence of the speed, mass, moment of inertia and tire cornering stiffness on steering characteristics was analyzed, and the influence law was obtained. The results showed that different factors have different influence on steering characteristics of rear axle compliance steering. When designing rear axle compliance steering vehicle, reasonable dynamic vehicle parameters should be selected in order to improve its steering characteristics.
