江苏安徽部分地区禽白血病流行病学调查 被引量:3

摘要 为了解江苏安徽地区禽白血病病毒(ALV)流行情况,本研究以自制的p27抗体检测试剂盒及商品化p27抗原检测试剂盒对江苏安徽地区5个品系父母代种鸡及其中的3个子代鸡群进行了禽白血病的检测。结果发现,受调查的5个鸡群均有鸡只呈现p27抗体阳性和抗原阳性,其中抗体个体阳性率为25.44%,抗原个体阳性率为24.93%,抗原抗体同时阳性的鸡只很少。其中,部分鸡群的p27抗体阳性率高达49.77%。因净化措施的实施,与父母代鸡群比较、3个检测的子代鸡群p27抗体阳性率呈下降趋势。另外,还发现,公鸡整体抗体阳性率高于母鸡。这些结果提示江苏安徽地区种鸡鸡群不仅存在ALV感染,而且高水平的抗体证明水平感染较严重。结论,加强生物安全和加快ALV净化是当今种鸡群疾病控制的重要工作之一。
