摘要
文章通过系统分析冷链物流流程及相关的冷链设施、设备和温控要求入手,详细阐明了我国冷链物流发展的机会和约束,并结合我国农产品流通业态,深入分析以"农业合作组织+第三方冷链物流企业"为核心、以"龙头企业+第三方冷链物流企业"为核心和以"种植户+第三方冷链物流企业"为核心的三种冷链物流模式。最后结合靖州杨梅产业状况,深入研究了靖州杨梅产业冷链物流创新发展模式。
This paper describes the opportunities and constraints of China＇s cold chain logistics development from the systematic analysis of cold chain logistics process and the requirement of cold chain facilities, equipment, and temperature control. Combined with China＇s agricultural product circulation mode, it refers to the In-depth analysis to three typical coldchain logistics mode：（ 1） the＂ agricultural cooperation organization ＋the third party cold chain logistics enterprises＂ as the core,（ 2） The＂ leading enterprises＋the third party cold chain logistics enterprises＂ as the core and,（ 3） The＂ farmers ＋the third party cold chain logistics enterprises＂ as the core. Combining with Jingzhou waxberry industrial conditions, it finally studies on the innovation and development mode of the coldchain logistics of Jingzhou waxberry industry.
